Wilton, Connecticut. We specialize in employee benefits planning and administration for small
to mid-size employer groups. Selective Benefits goes well beyond the typical annual
marketing of your annual renewal to various carriers, we work all year long to ensure client

Raymond J. DiGiorgio, President and Founder
Ray has previously worked for Quantum-Benefits of New Haven, CT,
the Gartner and META Group consulting firms, and began his insurance
career in 1994 at Oxford Health Plans, achieving high levels of success
before founding Selective Benefits in 2005.
Ray holds an MBA from the Dolan School of Business (University of Fairfield)
as well as a BA from Clark University, majoring in Economics with a
concentration in Art History.
Ray resides in Wilton, Connecticut with his wife and two children, and is an active member of
many civic and community organizations including The Chamber of Commerce and The Rotary
Club, the United Way, and others.
Ray was also recognized by the Fairfield County Business Journal 40 Under 40 program for
2007.
Amy Malcolm, Client Relationship Manager
Amy has been delivering the very best in customer service to insurance clients since 1993. At
Oxford Health Plans, Cigna, Colonial Supplemental Insurance, and ConnectiCare she has held
leadership roles and won repeated recognition for exceptional performance from employers,
and exceptional satisfaction from clients.
Before joining the Selective Benefits team, Amy was the Manager of a mid-size customer
service call center. Her responsibilities were to maintain that health insurance carrier's #1
Customer Service (CAHPS) composite score ranking among all Connecticut health plans. Her
department had a First Call resolution of 96%, a Service Level of 85% composed of all calls
answered within 30 seconds and a Call Abandonment rate of less than 1.5%.
Amy graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor of Sciences degree, has
taken Executive classes at Long Island University and has held a Connecticut Life and Health
license since 2002.
Amy lives in Middlebury, Connecticut, with her husband and three children.
