WILTON BENEFITS CONSULTANT NAMED AMONG TOP ‘40
               UNDER 40' BY
FAIRFIELD COUNTY BUSINESS JOURNAL

WILTON – June 15, 2007

Selective Benefits’ President Raymond J. DiGiorgio is one of the Greater Fairfield County Area’s
most promising emerging leaders, according to the Fairfield County Business Journal. The Journal and
a panel of Executive Directors from local Chambers of Commerce selected Mr. DiGiorgio as one of
this year’s “40 Under 40” honorees – a selective group of the most highly accomplished professionals
39 years of age or younger.

“I am truly honored that the Fairfield County Business Journal and all of the leaders from our local
Chambers chose me for this prestigious group.” said Mr. DiGiorgio. “Since starting Selective Benefits
in 2005, we have been working diligently to help clients be more effective and efficient with the
management of their benefits program.”

The winners were nominated by clients, co-workers, and friends and they are proven performers in
their industries and communities. The editors grade nominees on business success, community
activities, regional impact and leadership ability. The ’40 Under 40” program spotlights some of the
young and increasingly influential leaders in our region. These individuals have established themselves
as leaders through their professional and volunteer accomplishments. They have made a difference and
can be expected to continue to do so in the years to come.
